School RTOs must report substantial organisational detail changes to the QCAA, as outlined in Standard 8.1(e) of the Standards.
Substantial organisational changes include change:
- to ownership or legal name
- to delivery sites
- to third-party arrangements, including commencing or ceasing third-party activities
- in CEO
- in RTO delegated officers.
Note: School RTOs must report substantial organisational detail changes within 90 calendar days of the changes occurring. They must report changes to third-party arrangements within 30 calendar days of the changes occurring.
To report organisational detail and third-party activity changes:
- complete, sign, and scan Fit and proper person and Statutory declaration forms if the changes relate to a new CEO or RTO manager
- complete the change of organisational details activity in the VET app in the QCAA Portal
- if required, upload the completed, signed, scanned Fit and proper person and Statutory declaration forms in the change of details activity in the VET app in the QCAA Portal.
