The QCAA Portal Student Management application is used to manage student data and results.
The application has been rolled out in stages, in line with the processes and procedures required for the new QCE system that launched in 2020.
Student Management replaced the Student Data Capture System (SDCS), Student Learner Information System (SLIMS) and the Registration and Banking System (RABS).
System requirements
Student Management is a web-based application. Support is provided for the following browsers and devices:
- Internet Explorer 11+
- Mozilla Firefox 37+
- Chrome 42+
- Safari 8+
- desktop and laptop computers.
Student Management will be optimised for mobile devices at a subsequent stage.
Access
Student Management is accessed through the QCAA Portal. QCAA Access Management Organisation Administrators can assign the Student Management Administrator role to appropriate staff at their school.
