The role of supervisor of a student completing external assessment at a venue that is not a Queensland school is an important one. Supervisors must follow the QCAA’s directions for administration to ensure that assessment is administered in the same way for all students and the security and integrity of assessment is maintained.
Before agreeing to be nominated as a venue supervisor, please ensure you are eligible for the role and able to fulfil all required duties. Supervisors must agree in writing to all QCAA assessment requirements.

Complete the Supervisor statement as to external assessment administration: External assessment — variation to venue (PDF, 170.9 KB). The student will give this to the school to submit as part of a variation to venue application.
When a variation to venue application is approved, the QCAA will send a confirmation email to the approved supervisor with contact and venue details.
