The QKLG 2024 will be implemented in Queensland kindergarten services from January 2025.

Teachers will use the QKLG 2018 to complete transition statements for kindergarten children transitioning to Prep in 2025.

The QKLG 2024 will not be used for the creation of transition statements until 2025.

Teachers and services can view the updated QKLG 2024 page to understand and plan for the revised QKLG.
